Sasha Announces Break From Touring, Promises Fresh Material

It’s no secret that we’re big fans of Sasha here at DT. Thus any arrival of any fresh material from the inimitable Welshman is greeted with a fair amount of excitement whenever it lands in our bulging inbox which is why we’ve taken the news that he’s taking a break from touring to recharge his batteries, spend some time with the family and perhaps most excitingly for us finish a number of studio projects he’s been working on surprisingly well.

Long considered one of the worlds finest selectors and producers, recent years have also seen Sasha make the move to label boss; launching his Last Night On Earth imprint to great success and which we hope will be hosting a new album from him in the new year. “After a great summer and a manic stretch of touring the world without a break I’m taking some time off the road. I need some time to spend with my family and to work in the studio. I have so many demos and half finished tracks on my laptop that I am itching to finish. I have a couple of big projects lined up for next year that need my undivided attention. I will stay in touch with regular social updates and of course continue my podcast. Look out for some vintage mixes from recent years and snippets from the studio sessions. Keep your ears open and see you on the dance floor in December.
