Sara Fry debuts on NastyFunk with ‘Feel Good’


Sara Fry started her journey in music at the prime age of 18, djing in her hometown and later playing out in clubs in Cardiff, where she supported the likes of Cristoph, Dale Howard & Josh Butler.

Sara then went to play for various festivals such as Leopallooza, The Masked Ball and Boardmasters in the South West, where she grew up most of her life. In both the seasons of 2017 and 2018 Sara played in Ibiza at various boat parties and made her debut at the famous Savannah’s and Sankeys. Her residency at Canvas meant that she also got to warm up for 500 + people at the well known Pendennis Castle, where the likes of Shadow Child, Kry Wolf & Low Steppa were playing after.

NastyFunk has announced their ‘NastyHeat II’ various artist compilation, due out on the 7th August. The second edition of this short summer sampler showcasing some new original artists and their hot talent on NastyFunk. Music comes from Groove Salvation, Solander, Stuart Stone, KEMP (UK) and Sara Fry.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
