Aaron Lewis delivers his ‘Roulette’ EP for Nasty Funk

Aaron Lewis returns to Nasty Funk with a nifty three-track EP – ‘Roulette’.

Aaron Lewis is an exciting up and coming DJ / Producer from the underrated hotspot of House talent, Middlesbrough in the UK. Influenced from an early age, Aaron has been DJing for almost half of his life which has since been developed into a love for producing his own music and trying to sculpt his own sound with elements of House and Techno and everything in between.

In 2017 alone, Aaron has had tracks signed and released, making his debut on German-based label ‘Ametist Records’, Elrow Resident – Eddy M’s ‘Drumkit Records’, Rich Pinder’s ‘Eight0Eight Records’ and fresh new tracks on ‘Sidetrak Records’ with his ‘Stutter’ E.P which has gained huge support from the likes of Sonny Fodera, Eddy M, Tolstoi & Andsan, Italobros and Rich Pinder to name a few.

More recently he has been making big moves with signings locked in and ready to go on Miguel Bastidas – ‘Be One Records’, Ki Creighton’s – ‘Under No Illusion Recordings’ and ‘Swerve Digital’. Using 2020 to compile an arsenal of new music, Aaron Lewis is back with three cracking new tunes for NastyFunk dripping in techy acid mystery.

Our premiere is ‘Roulette’, a tough driving bass and sparse percussion are the order of the day. Powerful, rubbery bass leads the way with loose hats adding jazziness to the percussion. Check it out below and grab it here.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
