Moahs next on NastyFunk Records with the ‘7th Sense’ EP

Share

Hailing from Trieste in Italy, Moah’s first appearance on the NastyFunk shows off his natural affinity for rhythm.

Passioned about Music since his young age, Moahs developed an interest in electronic compositions. In 2010, he figured out his ideas and tastes, approached the console and started his path. He started to play in local clubs in Trieste such as Etnoblog (with Asteroids Records) and others. Then he discovered Techno/Tech-House music while playing at Kursaal Club, Lignano 2013 and quickly, he fell in love with the sound. His desire of playing and exploring it moved him to create a net of contacts through the years. Being noticed by Reload Events, which was an important resource for his technical improvement, he started to enter the club’s life deeper and found himself more attracted to this art.

Today, he releases his ‘7th Sense’ EP with Nastyfunk. The EP contains two originals and a remix from Stanny Abram. We start with ‘Compa’ – a deep, stripped-back groove with a flash of sunshine vibes and oodles of taste. The remix from Stanny Abram is a touch of class: Smooth, dubby beats, sucking you ever deeper into the immaculately produced cut from the maestro.

On the flip is our premiere ‘Saturn Rings’. It really shows off Moah’s feel for tech house. Direct and thumping just like the party likes it. Check it out below and grab the EP on Beatport.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
