Space Jump Salute returns to ROUSH with ‘Im A Gee’ EP

Share

The first sun of August brings Roush Label back one of their and our favourite artists, Marcus Sadler, better known as Space Jump Salute.

With a psychedelic image, Birmingham based and alma mater of The Cosmic Collection Mix series, Space Jump Salute provides fresh beats to all of the tech-house heads across the globe. His indistinctive sound can be found on top-notch labels such as Toolroom, Cr2, Shanghaied or Glasgow Underground.

Regarding the EP, opener ‘Im A Gee’, offers a peak time with rattling hats providing an infectious groove while the hip-hop vocal sets a fierce rhythm. The swung rimshot adds a nice groove that plays in style with the funky bassline. Next up, following the previous peak-time formula but elevating the intensity due to the vocal chop repeating a shout. Both tracks are nothing but great dancefloor weapons and will be available on 7th August 2020.

We premiere ‘Im A Gee’ for you today, check it out below and grab it here.

A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
