XOLYX continues to make a name for himself after recent releases on SINE Audio and Incurzion Audio, both already premiered on Data Transmission this year. He’s also been gaining support from the likes of OG Ray Keith and Bredren.
Now, XOLYX returns to Modular Carnage with his ‘Transcendence’ EP. If you’re a fan of the deeper, darker depths of Drum & Bass look no further than Watford’s own XOLYX, recently gaining support from the likes of Visages, Bredren and Noisia.
His ‘Transcendence’ EP brings a variety of sounds from deep and techy, to rolling and more melodic halftime tunes. Expect nothing but raw crispy drums and crunchy bass lines.
Today we premiere ‘Darkseid’ (not a typo but a reference to a DC Comic villain!) which is about as deep and dark as they come! The production levels XOLYX has been honing have really progressed and it feels like he knows which direction his sound is going. It’s really exciting to see a producer reach new heights in their work. We predict a big year for XOLYX in 2021!
