Wagz lands on Influence Records with ‘Voyager’ EP

Influence Records glide into 2021 with a brand new EP by an exciting and underrated producer, Wagz.
Dan Wagstaffe aka Wagz has been making beats for many years and has released on labels such as Randall’s Mac II and Silent Dust’s None60. He debuts on Influence Records with the stunning and sublime ‘Voyager’ EP. Five awesome tracks that take on the deeper side of Drum & Bass whilst being inspired by the likes of Marcus Intalex and the Detroit sound.
Today we premiere the title track ‘Voyager’. Staring off slow with atmospherics and great use of synths throughout, it builds quite quickly into a dark roller. Old skool jungle drums and a slick bassline bring it all together. It’s really an outstanding piece of work, with a definite head down at 3am vibe on it!
Expect more music from Wagz in the future! We can’t wait to see what else he has bubbling and share it with you!
