Calibrate drop new various artists EP ‘Convergence 02’
After the roaring success of the first ‘Convergence’ EP, Calibrate Records are incredibly proud and excited to present the next instalment. Featuring a perfect split of Calibrate stablemates and artists new to the label, ‘Convergence 02’ boasts an even more raw and untapped sonic assault, creating excellent weaponry for any DJ set.
Aydn returns to Calibrate – and to their ‘Convergence’ series – after his track ‘Koda’ ‘was a roaring success on ‘Convergence 01’. ‘Switch’ is a high-energy experimental masterpiece that constantly “switches” up the vibe. A sonic weapon perfect for any modern set.
Beeson makes his debut on Calibrate with ‘Fractal’, an absolute monster of a tune, boasting pounding drums and a roaring bassline that will send shivers down your spine – a drum & bass assault from start to finish.
Matec also makes his debut on Calibrate after an incredibly successful EP on world-renowned Delta9 Records. ‘Endeavour’ is a masterclass in progression and composition as the synth-laden track takes many twists and turns throughout the dancefloor hit.
Calibrate stablemate Sol Pillars closes out the EP in his own emphatic style with ‘Tasting Desire’, a track that shows off all of his usual production talents and signature sounds. Punchy drums, gnarly bass and catchy riffs.
