REFRESH – Arts & Music Festival 2013

Refresh – Arts & Music Festival is back for its 3rd edition on 1st – 4th August (4nights and 5 days) and promises to be remarkable! Refresh Arts & Music Festivals has an innovative concept that includes not only music but visuals, arts, alternative therapies, meditation, yoga, ecology workshops and much more. Refresh takes place in central Portugal at Oliveira do Hospital, a magic place where the water of river is crystal clear and green nature merges with the strokes of a landscape as if it were a painting. An area belonging to the slopes of the natural reserve of Serra da Estrela, this place is a paradise with regard to nature tourism, with genuine and hospitable people.

Inspired by ecology, renewable energy, sustainability and improved quality of life, the Refresh 2013 is a breath of fresh air in the paradigm of Portuguese festivals, focusing on quality rather than quantity, increasing the parameters of demand and professionalism and promises toasting all present with a fantastic line up and lots of surprises.Many and ambitious are the goals of this festival,: trying to provide a memorable experience for all who will participate, lift the consciousness with healthy practices and promoting a whole range of deep emotions.
