House music is truly a global phenomenon.

DJ/Producer/Party starter Yousef is travelling to key cities around the world and looking at various dynamic producers that are trailblazing a more progressive sound – redefining what you consider House Music to be. With LIMF (Liverpool International Music Festival), he travels to three international music cities to immerse himself in those different scenes – returning home to make four records that reflect the sounds of those different cities and his hometown of Liverpool.

The project will culminate in a massive celebration of the international sounds of house music in association with his Circus Label on Friday 22nd July at this years LIMF, with a line-up that includes Dennis Ferrer (Objektivity, NYC) from New York, Reboot (Noon Artists) from Frankfurt, HECTOR(Vatos Locos) from Mexico City and rising luminary Lewis Boardman.

We asked him to curate a playlist of his choice of house music and he didn’t let us down with this formidable choice of tracks for todays Spotify Playlist for our new Data Transmission Channel, crack them up!

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
