Watch The Ride drop ‘Forever/Road Runner’ on Rinse

Electronic music pioneers Randall, DJ Die and Dismantle have united to form Watch The Ride – a dance music powerhouse showcasing UK rave culture heritage & future via cutting edge music and electrifying live performances. They are set to drop a tracker on Rinse called ‘Forever/Road Runner’.

Randall is known worldwide for his huge contribution to the Jungle movement whilst impressively being listed as an inspiration to D&B legend Andy C. Randall has continued to be a leading light of the scene and now commands respect from the new generation of listeners and peers alike.

DJ Die – The GutterFunk head honcho and electronic music pioneer who has a reputation as one of the most versatile artists of his generation, with releases on ground-breaking imprints such as XL Recordings and of course, Full Cycle.

Dismantle is an artist known for consistently breaking new boundaries within underground music and is highly regarded for his abilities as a DJ. After arriving on the scene with massive acclaim Dismantle continues to level up with every release, his discography includes labels such as Exit Records, Warner / 2TE, Digital Soundboy and more.

Watch The Ride debuted with ‘Original Format’ a collaboration with UK microphone legend D Double E, the track instantly became the sound of the summer- an anthem in clubs and festivals. The trio followed with ‘4 No Reason’ with Inja and Trigga, a massive track with the two MCs trading bars back and forth, again the track gained traction across the electronic music spectrum. For the third single, the guys worked alongside new UK talent in vocalist Prima and MC Emz- showing the crew’s versatility across the BPM range. Soon after this, a partnership with UK powerhouse Rinse began which saw landmark releases and link ups with huge brands.

The first run of performances saw the guys grace some of the biggest events in the calendar- Warehouse Project (Manchester), Printworks (London), Motion (Bristol) and many more.

The partnership between UK music powerhouse Rinse and the most exciting proposition in UK electronic music, Watch The Ride, continues. For this instalment, we are given two 150 – 160 bpm tracks, ‘Forever’ and ‘Road Runner’. Both tracks crystalize homegrown influences with future thinking ideas into something brand new. WTR once more showing they are able to run through BPMs with ease.
