Gully B drops us ‘Work Out Tracks’ playlist

Gully B is an Essex-Based Carnival DJ who runs ‘Pull Up’ parties in Essex, our favourite dancehall DJ has dropped this weeks ‘Work out’ tracks playlist for us on Spotify.

He launched Pull Up! in 2013 in the basement of a Southend-On-Sea pub, using a borrowed sound-system and his own turntables. After years of DJing under the alias of John The Baptist, he quickly established Pull Up! as Essex’s only true carnival-music event brand, and has lead the Pull Up crew, to host parties in Brighton, as well as taking over stages at Leefest and BSTK Festival.

He has picked the tunes for you to work out too including The Good Men, Fatboy Slim, Jax Jones, Mele, Mint Royale, Jus Now, Toddla T, Dismantle and more. So get pounding those streets, use that membership – that you are paying out for and go get healthy!

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
