We don’t know what they are putting in the water Down Under at the moment but we’d like to know where we can get some as Australia seems to be exporting more and more high quality music from across the electronic spectrum. The latest wave of the Aussie invasion into the European scene sees producer and DJ Airwolf quickly making the transition from local indie dance sensation to global hook merchant with the release of this infectious up-tempo monster ‘Hanging On’ on ONELOVE Recordings.
Having remixed for labels including Modular and Kitsuné, playing at various big name festivals on his home turf, we’re predicting the coming months to be a busy and successful period for Airwolf.
Reminiscent of a certain French duo when their sound was still in its infancy, ‘Hanging On’ has a firm focus on fun and looks set to maintain Airwolf’s momentum going into 2014.
