Sonickraft debuts on Marylebone Records with ‘Reached Out’

Welsh dance duo Sonickraft return with heavyweight new summer smash ‘Reached Out’.

Following a stellar 2020 which saw them collaborate with Solotoko head honcho Sonny Fodera on stand-out track ‘Flashbacks’ – a release which dominated the Beatport charts reaching a spot in the Top 5, along with amassing over 5 million streams and widespread radio love – the pair have gone on to release on the likes of Stashed, NONSTOP, New State and Get Twisted.

Now, joining the Marylebone Records family, Sonickraft delivers an uplifting piano house doused in sunkissed vocal melodies and addictive, driving basslines.

Although the duo has become synonymous with a driving tech-house sound the lads refused to be pigeon-holed into one style. They have now branched out into a more vocal-lead house stamp with tracks including the latest drop, Reached Out.

Outside of the releases, their ‘Sonickraft Selections’ podcast has grown in stature.  The monthly mixtape gives the duo the chance to showcase the hottest new music from the biggest artists on the scene and provides an opportunity to promote up-and-coming talent. Over the last 12 months, the mixes have featured on KISS FM, Virgin Radio and Data Transmission to name just a few.

2021 looks to be another big year for Sonickraft. Alongside a packed release schedule, the duo has several club bookings as the scene starts to open again. One thing is for certain, Sonickraft are catching the attention of tech-house A-listers and they’re here to stay!

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
