Roxe joins the Spotlight Mix Series

Share

Roxe, the moniker of Jorge Pérez, is one of the new artists who came to stay in the music scene.

He was born in a small town on the outskirts of Seville, Spain in the 90s and influenced by music since the age of 10. He has managed to polish his sound to be able to capture the attention and support of the best Tech-House artists such as Sonny Fodera, Wade, Miguel Bastida, George Privatti, and Gene Farris and to name a few.

Following his impressive release on Solotoko Drops Vol.2 compilation last year, Sonny Fodera welcomes Roxe back to his Solotoko label for stand-alone EP Gucci Floor. Building monumental foundations to his career at a rapid pace, Roxe continues his rise with his first release of 2021 on Solotoko, setting him up as a firm one to watch this year. Roxe’s ‘Gucci Floor’ is out 29th January via Solotoko.

He joins the Spotlight Mix series today, check it out below and download it here.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
