It’s a new year and we’ve got a couple of new efforts from James Blake, as the post-dubstep star continues to drip feed us new content in the aftermath of the release of his Mercury Prize winning sophomore album ‘Overgrown‘. Entitled ‘40455′ the new track was ripped from James’ debut Radio 1 show and then uploaded to soundcloud after pranking fans and music journalists alike with a broadcasting a much anticipated but fake ‘interview’ with enigmatic producer Burial.

The show was still well worth a listen without Burial with James rounding off an accomplished first performance on air with an unveiling of Beyonce’s ‘Drunk In Love’ – check out both new tracks below:

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
