Erritate drops ‘Skillet’ on Monk Audio
Share

First up on Monk Audio for 2020 is bossman Erritate as he makes his return to the label after the success of last year’s ‘Mowgli’ EP. No matter where you are, ‘Skillet’ will find you, and it will slap you round the chops with big drums and bigger bass. It’s a dark and gritty roller, and an absolute stinker! The dark and twisted flipside ‘Sauce Pot’ sees a cameo from future Dread Recordings wonder boy Alcemist, as he takes a step back from the production in a brand new role as vocalist.
Erritate aka Jack Dann is a DJ/Producer based in Kent, UK. Like most Drum & Bass heads, he got his introduction to the genre when he was at school. He was always eager to be the first to hear and play new music to his mates through phone speakers. Later on, this lead to his love for DJ’ing and dubplate culture. Wanting to always have the “First play” Erritate quickly realised that he would have to produce his own music and with that to match the diversity of his sets a melting pot of Jump up, Breakbeat, Jungle, Liquid & Dark rollers were born.
