Drum&BassArena announce Award Winners

Share

It’s that time of year again when awards winners are announced, Top 100 lists are all over the internet and we’re all reflecting on the last 12months. Last night Drum&BassArena announced the winners for their annual awards! Filmed at YouTube Space, the Drum&BassArena Awards 2019 were presented by Dave Jenkins and Jenna G. The ceremony was different again this year to last year, which again was different from previous years. Keeping things fresh this new format allows for more in-depth interviews with winners, more attention to content, detail and appraisal of the entire scene and makes it, in my opinion, a winner itself!

There were some shocks and surprises over the two hour broadcast and whether your favourites were winners or not, the public have spoken. There are so many variables with public vote awards, ie. where you live, how many raves you’ve been to, how much music you’ve listened to etc, that there are always going to be people that are left dissatisfied, angry or upset by the outcome, but I personally think it’s great to see some different names as winners this year.
