Amsterdam Dance Event First Wave of Artists


After recently dropping the first names for ADE LIVE, the Amsterdam Dance Event team are stepping things up a notch by revealing the first names for the ADE festival program, which will feature around 2500 performers, an all-time record number, playing in over 140 locations around Amsterdam. The whole event takes place from the 18th to 22nd of October, 2017.

The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), the world’s largest club festival and the most important business conference for electronic music, among the artists unveiled today are Danny Tenaglia, Fatima Yamaha, Jeff Mills, Joris Voorn, Martin Garrix, Nicole Moudaber and Paul Oakenfold.

In 2016, the event played host to over 2,200 artists and 550 speakers in a record-breaking 140 locations. In addition to the growth of the extensive night program, the organisation is also focused on the further expansion of its daytime and early evening activities.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
