Akkord Reveal Secret Identity

One of the worst kept secrets in Manchester is finally out to everyone as enigmatic Houndstooth duo Akkord have revealed their identities just a year after bursting onto the scene under their anonymous joint moniker. For those of you who live outside the confines of the rainy city the pairing consists of two of the Norths’ rising stars in Synkro and fellow Mancunian Indigo.

We’re hopeful that the unveiling of the names of the artists involved in the project doesn’t see the pair cease to operate as a twosome as we greatly enjoyed their  opening gambit ‘Navigate’ on Fabric sub label Houndstooth a short while back. We’ve also seen the talented young Synkro take to the decks alongside the also Manchester based Lone and here at DT we’d love to see what there clash of productional styles would yield in the studio…
