Evermix announce Crowdfunding Opportunity

Share

Evermix has just launched an equity crowdfund raise on Crowdcube, Europe’s largest platform of its kind.

The company was founded in the UK in 2015 to connect electronic music fans with amazing DJ sets from the world’s greatest artists via the Evermix website. DJ’s easily record live mixes by plugging their smartphone and Mixer into ‘MixBox2’, a pocket-sized recording device created by Evermix, and upload instantly.

Evermix aims to raise £300,000 in return for 7.5% of the business, to manufacture at higher volumes to meet demand, speed up software development, and build brand awareness and sales in new markets.

The investment opportunity is available to anyone living outside USA, Canada, and Japan, and all investments of £250 and above will be rewarded with a limited run, iOS and Android compatible ‘Angel’ edition – a white colored version with gold trim. These will be manufactured and fulfilled on completion of the campaign before the flagship edition MixBoxIV is made available publicly.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
