Win Hotels & Backstage passes to HYTE Berlin Weekender

After their mammoth debut season in the world famous Amnesia Ibiza, sold out events in Amsterdam and event series in New York and Barcelona, HYTE is finally returning to it’s hometown for the second instalment of HYTE Berlin NYE Weekender.

Beginning on the 29th December, the five back-to-back events will take over ARENA BERLIN’s club and Glasshaus venue. A selection of international heavyweights as well as upcoming talents from the electronic music cosmos will deliver the perfect soundtrack for a Berlin New Year celebration.

Underground Resistance legend Robert Hood, all time favourite Ricardo Villalobos, deep house master Henrik Schwarz, techno veteran Chris Liebing, Rekids label head Radio Slave, Perlon artist Sonja Moonear, the Parisian DJ trio Apollonia, Frankfurt´s Gregor Tresher, Düsseldorf´s Loco Dice and Berlin’s own Pan-Pot will head up the rave marathon, with other guests including a selection of Berlin’s finest such as Sebo K, DeWalta, Janina, as well as visitors from further afield Truncate, Nastia, Boris Werner, Benny Rodrigues and many more.

HYTE takes over part of the sprawling complex of ARENA BERLIN, a former bus depot turned war-time weapons arsenal, which after the construction of the Berlin Wall sat deserted due to its isolated location. The venue now provides a labyrinth of industrial spaces, creating the ultimate playground for party-goers, and with panoramic views of the river Spree from the venue’s Glasshaus floor, it will provide the ultimate setting to see in the first sunrise of 2016.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
