NUDE214: Luca Morris

Share

The Luca Morris NUDE Techno podcast lands today and it hits hard from the opening bar. If you love driving grooves, rolling basslines, and that pulsing late night energy that never lets up, this episode is going to live in your favourites for a while.

Luca Morris is a legend in Northeast Italy and a steady force in European techno. More than twenty-five years deep, he started with scratch culture and hip hop innovators before diving headfirst into club music.

Residencies at Maskò, La Scala, and Aida shaped his early voice, and years of production locked in his signature sound. Big tracks like Lamu, Minuetto, Gypsy Woman, and the chart-crushing Born Slippy remix cemented him worldwide.

The mix on the NUDE Techno podcast shows why he has that reputation.

It moves with confidence.

It rumbles with weight.

It feels like a sweaty warehouse at 3am with the lights low and the system pushed just right.

Luca drops huge moments throughout. His own heaters, The Elephant, Back To Love, Back From More, Core Pressure, and that private Love Parade rework all punch through the mix. He lines them up alongside killers like Arjun Vagale Ultrasharp, Victor Ruiz Breathe, Enrico Sangiuliano Order In Chaos, Weska and Charles D The Answer, and Charlotte de Witte The Heads That Know. It is peak time fire from start to finish.

This is the NUDE Techno podcast doing what it does best. Raw energy. Tight selections. Pure club focus.

Today, he joins the NUDE Techno podcast, with an hour of Techno. Listen to it below on SoundCloud & Mixcloud. If you are feeling this series, then please consider supporting it on Mixcloud Select.

Sum up this podcast in 10 words…

Energetic techno journey built from the heart of my sets.

What’s your personal favourite track on it?

I’m especially attached to the three upcoming MJA tracks (The Elephant Ep ), as they carry the exact energy I wanted to express in this mix

What’s the special ingredient in this mix?

I’d say the “live-set feeling.” Even though it’s a studio set, I selected tracks I actually play in clubs, so it has that same tension, sweat, and adrenaline.

Tell us about your next EP?

It’s a three-track release coming in December on MJA. Each track has its own personality, but they all revolve around high-energy grooves and hypnotic rhythms, it’s the kind of stuff that pushes me forward when I’m behind the decks.

What have you got coming up?

More studio time, more gigs, and a couple of collaborations I’m really excited about. 2026 is looking busy in the best possible way.

And finally, do you have a special message for our readers?

Thanks for listening and supporting! Hope this mix gives you a boost of energy wherever you are, and can’t wait to see you on the dancefloor!

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
