Luca Morris teams up with Mozzy Rekorder for EP on OFF Recordings

Share

Luca Morris & Mozzy Rekorder deliver a proper festival hit (if you’re lucky enough to make it to one this summer!). Their next collaboration lands them on the super OFF Recordings with the ‘Peyote’ EP.

Born in Rovigo Italy, Luca grew up with intense love and passion for music. He was inspired by many bands and artists such as The Doors, Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode. As well as the huge success of the Italian Disco scene in the late eighties. He started DJing at the age of 22, his parents gave him some money for passing his final exams, with this he bought his first set of Technics 1210s, from this moment Luca never looked back.

From 2016 Luca Morris began working with his new studio partner, Mozzy Rekorder. They both have a lot of releases on the following labels: Terminal M,100% Pure, Agile Records, IAMT and many more. Luca & Mozzy remake of the hit single “Gypsy Woman” was number one on the Beatport techno chart for 26 days.

Today, they land on OFF Recordings with their new EP titled ‘Peyote’. A super-functional groove topped with ever-building hooks, and infectious ethnic vocal-samples – that’s ‘Peyote’. Our premiere ‘Dust’ is a meaner affair, acid-techno with the catchy ‘Dust’ vocal lending the track its name – bomb.
