Michael G joins the Spotlight Mix Series



Michael G is a British DJ and Producer from Milton Keynes, who having had a keen interest in music from a young age learning guitar and piano, quickly developed an interest in Electronic music. He bought a pair of decks at 15, Learning to mix playing Garage, Grime and Dubstep then moving onto Drum & Bass / Jungle playing events in the local Milton Keynes scene.

Michael expanded his interest for electronic music and started mixing House / Techno in 2014, exploring the wide variety of sounds in the genres that could add a different element to his mix. Michael has an ongoing residency with Driven promotions at UNIT 9 – Milton Keynes Biggest House & Techno night and forthcoming events at We Are festival for Driven Promotions and Lightbox London for No Agenda Music.

Currently working on his own productions with his track Ctrl featured in the mix, he has a fast-paced Mixing style keeping the mix moving and changing to create an energetic and varied set.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
