Felix Dickinson launches our ‘Disco Mixtape’ series

Felix has been part of the UK’s underground dance scene for the last 3 decades, learning his trade DJing at free parties and illegal raves and co-founding his first record label Ugly Music in the ’90s.

Since then he’s produced records for well-renowned record labels worldwide including  DFA, Rush Hour, Eskimo, Golf Channel, Claremont 56, Futureboogie and his own label Cynic.

He has secured slots at well-known clubs and festivals across the globe including the upcoming The Masked Ball. The Masked Ball takes places just outside the stunning Cornish fishing village of Porthleven from 3-5 May 2019 stands out for its cliff tops views out to sea, multiple micro venues. 24-hour license and exquisite programming as great start to the festival season.

Felix joins PsychemagikBody Hammer, Austin Ato, Dave Harvey, Felix Dickinson, Telephones, Powder, Francis Inferno Orchestra, DJ Format and recently announced Roni Size.

To get you in the mood for the festival, we’ve asked Felix to be the first person on our brand new Spotify series ‘The Disco Mixtape’. Each time the artist in question will create a playlist that flows as a classic mixtape would do – so buckle in for an hour music curated by Felix Dickison.
