Wave Point announces his release ‘Shadows’

Share

Wave Point, the new solo project from Detroit artist Bryan Jones who formerly made up 1/2 of Golf Clap and Country Club Disco, brings us his second release with “Shadows”. Available on all platforms on March 5, the track is a bouncy, uplifting cut perfected for peak hour performance.

Drawing inspiration from UK garage and artists like Todd Edwards, as well as some newer age deep house artists like DJOKO, “Shadows” meets in the middle of two different worlds, with a vibe that is both melodic and upbeat.

This feel-good track continues to set the tone for Jones’ vision for Wave Point after his debut release, “Words”, another deep, but a high-energy record that dropped last month.

Wave Point is Jones’ fourth project spanning over his 20+ year career producing music, following High Caliber, Bryan Jones and Golf Clap.  It is safe to say this house music master’s knowledge of sound design has secured him as one of the house scene’s staples and this new solo venture will be no different.

We premiere ‘Shadows’ on Data Transmission today, check it out here and grab it on Juno.
