One of our favorite techno artists over the last few years has undoubtedly been Conforce, the Dutchman from the island of Terschelling impressing us with a series of strong releases including two full length albums and s slew of EP’s on some of Europe’s most esteemed labels such as Rush Hour, Clone and Delsin.
Entitled ‘Kinetic Image’ the new album sees Conforce return to highly regarded Amsterdam based imprint Delsin for the November 4th release and follows on from his last LP as Conforce ‘Escapism’ in 2011. Since then he’s also released another 2 albums under different guises with the eponymously title Silent Harbour LP and ‘Vantage Point’ as Versalife earlier this year via Clone.
Billed as taking influence from the work of his various aliases (Silent Harbour, Hexagon and Versalife) the upcoming full studio effort seems to have moved focus away from the intense club heavy sounds of his previous works as Conforce; rather placing an emphasis on atmospheric journey building home listening with the concept behind the release being described as wanting “to make moving images and art that evolve and unfold like passing landscapes.”
