More techno news for you today as prolific producer Roman Flügel has revealed he’ll be returning to Dial Records for the release of a new album. Having spent over a decade in the industry working under a variety of monikers Roman excited fans when hinting at the possibility of a new album arriving last year as he dropped releases on Clone and Gerd Janson’s Running Back imprint.
Entitled ‘Happiness is Happening’ the new LP is described in the Janson penned press release as being reflective of “a life that has been spent in techno, house and its various mutations and archetypes with a sensibility for pop music, a consciousness of indie culture, and an affinity for the avant-garde.” The LP comes three years after his last full studio effort and is set to arrive September 1. Well at least that gives us something to look forward to as the summer comes to an end!
