Ian Sound makes his Nastyfunk Records debut With ‘Everybody’ EP

Share

Slovenian talent Ian Sound makes his debut for NastyFunk Records today (Friday, March 20th) with two tech-house boilers on his ‘Everybody’ EP.

With his reputation growing since he burst on to the scene in 2012, Sound has been making a credible impact from day one, with previous productions showcased on labels such as Nervous Records, Lapsus, Kobu and Shanghaied. Sound has several releases due over the coming months. The young talent will also be making a return to giant Slovenian festival ‘Stellar Beat’ for a prime time set this summer.

Kicking off with ‘Everybody Here’, Sound drops the listener straight into rolling basslines, deep groove flowing unceasingly through heavy percussion fills and old school-tinged vocal snips. ‘My Love’ brings a cleverly designed percussive underbelly that will undoubtedly keep feet firmly fixed on the dance floor and once the low-end sinks its teeth in, resistance is futile.

Check out both tracks and you can grab it from Beatport.
