Bristol’s GotSome shares his highly anticipated release ‘PUMP IT UP’. The track samples the golden era classic by the Black & White Brothers. One of the most iconic tracks and acapella’s in house music history, for years the original 1996 track has lit up dancefloors the world over and this summer. GotSome’s version has done the same.

Hailing from Bristol, a city with a unique musical history and home to the likes of everyone from BurialPortisheadRoni Size and more. Adam’s output is as varied as the city from which he creates. GotSome has been turning his attention to his house music roots in more recent times. ‘PUMP IT UP’ is out now on Armada Deep, further solidifies this new sonic identity.

Speaking on the track, GotSome says: “I heard the original Black & White Brothers tune being played by Seth Troxler while I was in Mexico in 2017.  I played the original out for a few months and then decided to make a DJ edit for myself, which started getting a load of attention.  DJs like Annie Mac, Danny Howard and William Djoko have been playing it all around the world this year and after going through a lengthy clearance process, I’m absolutely delighted to finally release it for everyone to enjoy.”
