One of the producers whose work we’ve been most enjoying over the last few years has been that of French techno don Gesaffelstein both via his original works, remixes and through his imprint Zone Records. Thus it was greeted in the office with great excitement when the Lyonnaise DJ announced that he would be following up the the release of his I love Techno compilation by delivering his debut album ‘Aleph‘ via Parlophone on the 28th of October.

It’s been a busy year for the Frenchman with releases on a series of esteemed labels such as Turbo and Zone whilst helping inaugurate friend and fellow producers Brodinski’s Bromance label and working with international mainstream stars such as Depeche Mode, Lana Del Rey and Kanye West.

Further details of the album are still scarce but using the first single ‘Hate And Glory’ as a barometer for the LP we imagine it’ll continue the dark, distorted electro vibes of his previous work.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
