Exclusive Premiere: Shoot The Ghost – Demons

It’s finally Friday and after a long week at work we’re in the mood for some fresh music to get us in the mood for the weekend.  So we thought what better way to do just that than with an exclusive premiere of  Purp & Soul‘s 8th release  which sees the burgeoning but highly regarded label from Ben Pearce turn to a Nottingham based producer Sarah Marshall aka Shoot The Ghost.

Her first release ‘So Cold‘ came on Kerri Chandler’s Madtech Records‘ MTDL series and gained widespread support, followed by a track on Annie Mac‘s ‘Free Music Monday’ so it’s safe to say Shoot The Ghost is turning all the right heads. Set to drop on October 28th Marshall now delivers the good for Purp & Soul with the incredible single ‘Demons’ featuring remixes from label boss Ben Pearce, 2nd Sun, Dan Styles and Unknown. 

‘Demons’ features the soul infused vocal talents of jazz artist Kat Kyrris  with Benjamin James with harmonies, swirling cymbals and sharp claps firmly the order of the day.
