Durex the no.1 condom in the majority of the world has teamed up with Daft Punk? Who knew robots needed latex protection? This special edition of ‘Get Lucky’ condoms has been sent out as promotional gifts to DJ’s, It was Diplo who tweeted “Thank god I had those daft punk condoms last night,”. There is not yet any news where, when or even if the general public will have the option to pick these up.

This news comes about just a week after we brought you the story that Daft Punk were being immortalised by Japanese toy makers Bandai! To check out that news CLICK HERE. It seems that even after the albums release the Daft Punk advertising team know how to keep us all talking.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
