DJ 3000 drops his ‘Kanuni EP’

Following the success of DJ 3000’s last EP titled ‘Hajde’, the Motech main man re-enters the arena with a real statement of intent – ‘Kanuni EP’.

Motech Records, approaching 120 releases, spanning over 16 years, continues to demand the attention of new techno fans whilst remaining true to Detroit Techno and DJ 3000’s cultural values. The EP features two massive tracks, ‘Kanuni’ and ‘Escapia’. Encapsulating Techno with an ethnic rhythmic groove that has feeling and illuminates the dance floor. DJ 3000’s signature touches are clear to see.

Detroit is represented via all angles and shades on this release with remixes that transcend the listener into completely new and exciting places, ensuring this will be remembered as a classic release in years to come. Our premiere ‘Escapia’ with its lush Detroit chords and strings, bustles with energy and mayhem.
