Clark announces his Biggest UK Headline Show

Clark has announced his biggest UK headline show to date next Spring at Brixton Electric on Saturday 22nd April.

The live show heralds new music from Clark and more ‘human special effects’ from dancers Melanie Lane and Kianí del Valle and to coincide with the announcement he’s giving away two tracks from his archives in The Bone Thug and Trina bootlegs, which you can grab here.

The two tracks couldn’t contrast with the scores of 2016 more and he proves he’s equally at home writing evocative contemporary compositions and reworking classic hip hop tracks for any rave.   He had this to say about the downloads: “I’m almost intolerably excited about my new music. IN THE MEAN TIME I found some more winter boots knocking around the archive…………..”

Empty The Bone Thugs Of You “I wrote this all in one morning in Sweden last Jan. It’s possibly the least Swedish piece of music I’ve ever written. The amen bit on the end is like a buy one get one free track, it’s just me testing out my Octatrack on jungle breaks……hang on aren’t these tracks free downloads anyway?”

Trina Raven “I wrote this in Australia last year. I find the riff quite pleasant and energising. The synth is (angrily) mixed through an old yamaha desk and about 65 guitar pedals. Grime stations!”

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
