You’d be hard pressed to find a more renowned contemporary artist in electronic music than Dixon. The inimitable German has seen his stock soar in recent times, with the Innervisions boss, typically a DJ, recently having earned a fine reputation as a producer.
Having now decided to enter the murky world of high fashion by delivering a specially commissioned musical accompaniment for for Givenchy’s 2016 and 2017 fall and winter menswear showcase at Paris Fashion Week (think Derek Zealander meets techno) we’re tipping the super popular selector to take the fashion world by storm too.
Clocking in at 11 minutes, the movement was classic Dixon fare and seemed to be as well received by the glitterati as Riccardo Tisci’s new collection. Check out the show and more importantly (for us anyway) hear the mix in full below.
