André Winter to be first vinyl release on JawDropping Records

We’re thrilled to announce the first vinyl and digital release on JawDropping Records comes from none other than Senso Sound superstar and Hamburg’s top producer André Winter. The remix elite shines with Night Light Records label boss Sinisa Tamamovic and likewise with Jaw head honchos BOHO & Rachel Raw. The Sismique Ep achieves a new level onJaw Dropping Records. The Artwork was made by the legendary one-line design artist David Cant.

Yes, André Winter is one of those people, who with their first breath of air, realize that their heartbeats techno. Errr or no? You tell me! André became interested in electronic music quite early. One of his first releases on Injection Records in the early90s (under the Motion Unit monicker together with Mathias Hatting), was actually areal acid treasure. Afterwards, he kept on spending all his pocket money on the typical Roland hardware at the time and to release on labels such as Confused Record-ings, Superstition, Kompakt and Bush Records. His studio offers a real-time travel adventure through techno’s history.

Sensing the call of the beat in the deep, tech and techno sound that swept the continent in the late 1990s, Bosnian knob-twiddler Sinisa Tamamovic hit his own decks with an endless string of gigs in his hometown of Banja Luka, Bosnia And Herzegovina.

Nearly ten years on, Sinisa has established a reputation for throwing mind-numbing parties across Europe, attracting a legion of followers willing to cross borders to get a taste of his twisted techno, tech-house and minimal beats. Since 1999 Sinisa has successfully partnered with fellow Banja Luka DJ Mladen Tomic in their Urban Beat organization. Quickly recognizing a niche to fill in the recovering Bosnia, Urban Beat has evolved as probably the country’s foremost promoter of events and parties by booking top drawer international names to satisfy a hungry home crowd.

We premiere Sinia’s remix on NUDE Techno today, check it out here and grab it on Beatport.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
