Juliet Fox is back at it with a fantastic hard techno single titled, Miss U.
It’s a vigorous track with a high tempo and uplifting breakdown, combining euphoria with captivating vocals. It’s a track that’s got all the hallmarks of a classic, as its power-driving drums and throbbing bassline fuel a full-throttle groove.
The single is out now via the TREGAMBE record label, where Juliet Fox is head honcho. She has also featured on other imprints such as Armada, Kneaded Pains, Second State, and Filth on Acid.
The soaring euphoria of the breakdown gives it an epic sound that’s got end of the night vibes, and Juliet Fox gives a statement about this, saying, “Miss U is the comedown wrapped in melody — the last glow of the night, the first light of morning, and the ache of missing what slipped away. It’s a track for the ravers who stay up when the night ends, a pulsing memory of connection, loss and the glow that lingers after the rush.”
Despite its end of the night vibe, “Miss U” is still a dance floor track, which is backed up by DJ support coming from the likes of Spartaque, Klaudia Gawlas, and Cristian Varela.
“Miss U” wastes no time in getting to the core of its groove, as the galloping bassline and pounding kick drum lay a solid foundation. Warped vocal tones weave through thrashing hi-hats, and spine-tingling pads lead into the euphoria of the breakdown. When the drums slam back in, so does an intense synth siren that bolsters the drop’s explosive release of energy.
