Space opening fiesta moved to May 31st

Space Opening Fiesta has been forced at the last minute to change its date to May 31st for 2015.

The previous date of Sunday the 24th of May coincides with Spain’s regional and national elections and the council of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia has recently informed the club that it will not be able to hold the party when planned as it cannot provide the necessary security and surveillance.

Not many parties in Ibiza have the same legendary status as the Space Opening Fiesta 2015! Every year Space Ibiza put on a massive show of completely transforming the club into a festival of music. The biggest difference to the club is the erection of a massive open-air arena called the “flight arena” which adds well over 7,000 extra capacity, you get to experience Space like the ‘good-old-days’ with the planes flying overhead, making a total capacity of around 15,000 for the Space Opening Fiesta 2015!

The flight arena often has the biggest DJs playing and is open from the afternoon until Midnight – when the party doesn’t stop but continues inside to the rest of the club.
