noisily

After thoroughly enjoying ourselves at Noisily 2015, we are very excited today to announce Noisily 2016 is going to be across 7-10th July!

Set deep in the rolling hills of Leicestershire at the heart of rural England, Noisily Festival of Electronic Music and Arts lies in one of the most beautiful wooded valleys in the country. They are launching the full line up in January and announcing all of their incredible artists and performers, but in the mean time, they’ve decided to unleash three headline acts from each of their main stages. Call it an early Christmas present!

So first up, The Noisily Stage continues to fly the flag for the deeper end of Techno and House, and this year is their most exciting yet. From Cologne based Kompakt Records they welcome the subliminal Patrice Baumel; from Brazil, Techno Goddess ANNA; and for a Sunday Super Set, the awesome D-Nox & Beckers who will perform both live & DJ sets – a UK festival exclusive!

The UK’s ultimate psychedelic playground known at the Liquid Stage will host the best in the business; 2016 sees the return of psychedelic warrior Tristan after a one year hiatus, last year’s favourite Grouch, and the new addition of the deep progressive sounds of MerKaba (featuring the unique performance art of Eve Olution). they also have hosting an Iboga Records Session on Sunday.

First pick this year is one of our all time favourites in the Tree House Stage, bringing the best from Bristol, Koan Sound make their Noisily debut; industry monolith Culprate joins them to step it up; and Hospital Records Reso will draw the curtain on the weekend.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
