OB debuts on Encrypted Sound with ‘Undefined’

Stepping up to join the crew at Encrypted Sound rising star OB joins the label with his new track called ‘Undefined’. This follows on from the successes of early 2020 hit ‘Motion’ and ‘Days Gone By’ Monk Audio, an appearance on Sine Series and also Sub:stance Recordings.

Having started in his teens while sat in his bedroom in North London, OB has taken a quieter route than most up and coming producers when it comes to entering the scene. He’s worked hard behind closed doors to hone his craft before presenting it to the world. His sound is one that has had many of his 10,000 hours put into it.

Creating music with an open mind leads to being influenced by a variety of different genres which span more than just D&B. OB’s tunes have taken inspiration from genres like hip-hop, jazz, soul, rock music, and more. Earlier releases had a heavier sound reliant on big basses and smashing drums. As his sound has developed and matured, so has the music. Later releases are comprised of songs that soothe the soul while managing to keep any night rolling along.

The London and Brighton based producer gained a lot of attention from his recent ‘Days Gone By‘ EP on Monk Audio, showcasing the diverse range of sounds he possesses. Now, OB debuts on Encrypted Sound with his awesome track ‘Undefined’. Keep your eyes and ears on OB, we reckon he has a bright future ahead!
