Lenzman and The North Quarter label head to Phonox

Share

The North Quarter and label boss Lenzman are stepping up to curate Phonox this January for four consecutive Fridays. The Amsterdam based producer and DJ has invited a heavyweight crew from the world of drum and bass.

Lenzman is perfectly at home in the Brixton venue, having sold out the South London spot a few times in the past 12 months alone. However, this will be the first time that he will be pitching up in the booth for four weeks on the bounce, as he handpicks a slew of his favourites from the scene.

Breaking through as a signing on the revered label Metalheadz, where he released two albums to critical acclaim, he then went on to form his own imprint The North Quarter in 2016. It didn’t take long for the label to make a mark on the scene, winning accolades ‘Best Newcomer Label’ and ‘Remix of The Year’ on Children of Zeus’s ‘Still Standing’, in its first year alone.

Continuing to push his creativity forward, he has developed a signature melancholic and soulful style that is unmatched in the drum and bass world, and with it has amassed a huge audience eagerly awaiting his next move. Soon that wait will be over!

Now, I don’t usually like to wish time away but in this instance…hurry up January 2020!!

Cue his next move as enters the Phonox booth for four Fridays in January 2020. Get tickets here
