Anthropic drops ‘Acidic’ on EKOU’s ‘The Full Spectrum’ VA

Share

After the success of their first various artists release, ‘The Voice of EKOU‘, EKOU Recordings present to us their next instalment, ‘The Full Spectrum’ VA. This project started as an idea to create a platform for up and coming producers, (right up DT’s street) however, over the past few months it has developed into something that has allowed them to include both newcomers and established artists alike.

In the 2.5 years since their first release, the team at EKOU have been on a constant journey through sound, and have been a platform for a variety of artists, all of whom produce a medley of styles under the Drum & Bass umbrella. With ‘The Full Spectrum’, they hope to showcase their journey for us, their loyal and devoted audience. Some of you will have been with them on the journey since the beginning, others are new to the label – either way, they hope you know what to expect!

This is EKOU’s representation of the full spectrum of Drum & Bass, and what the genre means to them. EKOU tell us “We hope you enjoy listening to this massive VA just as much as we did putting it together!”

‘The Full Spectrum’ has 22 tracks, which have been split over 2 parts, and feature both newcomers and seasoned artists. Part 1 drops exclusively on Friday 4th February via Bandcamp and Beatport, followed two weeks later by Part 2 on Friday 18th February.
