Music On June 27th at Amnesia Ibiza

The first month of Music On’s 2014 residency at Amnesia comes to a close on Friday June 27th with Marco Carola joined by tINI back to back with Bill Patrick, and Miss Kittin and Joseph Capriati heading up the Club Room.

tINI of course, is the tech house temptress, a regular at Circo Loco, who soon shot to stardom off the back of her chunky drum led releases on Desolat, if you haven’t already checked our recent interview with her on Data Transmission then Click Here.  She plays back to back with close friend and peer Bill Patrick, who is a DJ’s DJ and no mistake. He doesn’t play hits, he doesn’t whimper in the face of zeitgeists, but he does read rooms and play with peoples perceptions like few others and does so regularly at places like Rex Club,Fabric and DC: 10.

In the Club Room, Italian Joseph Capriati, who is widely recognised as one of the principal pioneers of modern techno, is one of the guests once again having already played once this season. He regularly releases on labels like Drumcode and CLR and is a mesmerising DJ who tonight is joined by Miss Kittin. The French talent is an acclaimed DJ, singer and songwriter who was closely linked with the electroclash movement and nowadays still shocks and excites audiences with her raw sounds and styles both in the booth and in the studio.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
