Inside Info & Mefjus – Mythos

The home of Ed Rush & Optical, Virus Recordings, welcomes two talents from the new school tech sound onto the label for two total bangers as Inside Info and Mefjus collaborate on the mighty Mythos. 

Having done the rounds for a while on dub then being pushed back due to some issues with the initial press, it finally reaches consumers. Has it been worth the wait? Well let me just say that Mythos bangs harder than a barn door in the wind. The twinkling build of the intro walks you to the bleep before banging your head on the drop with vast amount of growling tech filth. Guaranteed dance destruction when this one hits. On the other side Blunt comes with the trademark Mefjus shuffling robotic percussion and weighty loaded kick drums. 2013 tech step is in full effect and pulls no punches on Blunt. 

One of my favourite releases on Virus of late, this is hopefully the first of many collabs between these two if rumours are to be believed. Well produced and hitting heavy as you like, these two tunes are absolute war.
