Noisily 2023 welcomes us with its magical arms and invites us down to its new home Barkestone Woods to play for its 10th birthday party from Thursday 6th until Sunday 9th July 2023. Invitations come in the shape of psychedelic sensory experiences, from immersive art, to carefully curated lineups; we’re embraced into an auditory and visual paradisial realm.

The festival’s other-worldly atmosphere is built up of a respectful and bright community of under 5000 people who aim to uphold the ethos and what Noisily represents; freedom of expression and connection to nature.

Exhibiting its ethos of ‘Dance. Create. Learn. Connect’ in every corner of the festival, Noisily offers not only a staggering lineup of music and arts but also some tranquil moments in the ‘Mind, Body and Soul’ area. Here you can find holistic workshops and creative demonstrations. Noisily as a festival encourages you to connect with yourself and others through the medium of sound and art, healing and exploration. All dressed in this year’s theme, ‘We Are Love’.

The stages have been created with the music and the people in mind, with mesmerising sound systems to hypnotic stage production, we return to the Noisily stage, Treehouse Stage and the Liquid Stage, with the production teams aiming to push boundaries on each stage.

The Noisily 2023 lineup is a refreshingly well-balanced mix of males and females from across the world, ranging from Psytrance to Drum & Bass, passing by the sounds of House and Techno.

Among the many incredible acts named on this year’s lineup, we have selected five we just couldn’t miss…

It comes as no surprise that music marvel Goldie is unmissable. Raining his beats down upon us, whilst notably holding an MBE in his name, Goldie’s a connoisseur of electronic music. From co-founding Metalheadz to the groundbreaking Timeless release, his infamous footprint on Drum and Bass and Jungle will be a recipe for an unforgettable set.

Caleesi & Sarah Kreis have been giving the music scene a taste of Berlin’s unique finesse, and now they’re coming over to the UK to give the Noisily Stage a sample of it. The duo has taken the scene by storm, from Burning Man to Mixmag, the two are creating solid footprints. They take you on a journey through house, techno, trance and all in between. Berlin sounds in Barkestone Woods sounds like our kind of party.

Henri Bergmann is a force to be reckoned with. A known name in both fashion and music, her abilities have no reigns. Henri’s label Automatik, where she is also the boss, released her single which exploded into the scene. With her personal style of ‘emotive and melodic sound’ shining through her work and unprecedented tune selection Henri’s sets never disappoint, so head over to the Noisily stage for this one.

Joris Voorn, commonly labelled as one of The Netherlands’ shining techno stars, graces our ears with his track selection over at the Noisily stage. His energy-filled sets have created his reputation as a DJ for the dancefloors, which comes as no surprise. The multi-talented artist hails in production, DJing and co-owns labels. Alongside this, Voorn has released three acclaimed studio albums. If you are searching for that festival dance, look no further.

Neuro’s household name Black Sun Empire will be tearing up the speakers over on the Treehouse stage. For any Neuro and Drum & Bass fans, this name needs no introduction, holding their firm chair in the scene since ’97 the Dutch duo have been labelled the “the kings of all things neuro” and the name comes as no surprise, with the group’s ability to create gold for the neuro scene. Since their reign, the group have released five albums and have run three independent record labels. If you like heavy sounds and neuro, this would be one to run to.

These five, among so many other incredible musicians, DJs and artists, create the unprecedented sounds of Noisily. From jungle and drum & bass to techno, trance, live music and all the stops in between. From the music to the astonishing and immersive psychedelic art which paints every inch of the festival with a fine brush, Noisily’s message is spoken to us clearly; ‘make no mistake, this is a proper f*cking party’!
