No Human Sound drop ‘Conscience’ EP on A R Records

Share

After a brief hiatus from releases, A R Records are back! This time they grace us with an EP straight from the Spanish underground. The two producers from Valencia go by the name No Human Sound and deliver the ‘Conscience’ EP.

No Human Sound was created when two producers united to strengthen and improve their sound. Coming from the Spanish underground Drum & Bass scene, after few years of work on the identity of its sound, the duo quickly produced recognisable music.

The elements in the music are deep, classy and powerful, distorted sound design mixed with organic instruments provides these artists with their own signature sound.

First up on the ‘Conscience’ EP is ‘The Path’. Mellow piano and pads set the stage for the vocals of Simon Hawk. Rolling drums and crisp percussion filter up to a drop that lands deep. Twisted mid-range bass and deep subs keep you hooked throughout.

The guys team up with Mooncat for ‘Baruka’. Lively drums and synth-laden grooves roll out with a hypnotic Rhodes piano, leading to a funky bass groove that’s guaranteed to get the dancefloor moving.

Our premiere is next, ‘Distress’ showcases the pairs’ harder style of Drum & Bass. Distorted leads and dark atmospheres give way to an absolute wild beast of a tune.

The title track ‘Conscience’ with Atari Hanzo features the vocals of Valencia-based vocalist Kiamya. Clever, intricate drum breaks and deep brooding basslines show a touch of class to their production.

Check out our premiere of ‘Distress’ below. No Human Sound drop their ‘Conscience’ EP on A R Records on 10th May. Make sure you get your hands on a copy from the purchase button beneath the Soundcloud player!
