Space Jump Salute debuts on Wyldcard with ‘Champagne’

Share

Space Jump Salute makes a long-awaited debut on Wyldcard with the stonking ‘Champagne’.

Birmingham-based Space Jump Salute, or Marcus Sadler to his mum, is fast making himself a name for quality tech house. In the last 2 years, he’s released music with a Toolroom, Abode, Roush, Shanghaied, Glasgow Underground, Cr2, and many more. This is one shooting star on the cusp of world domination!

Our premiere ‘Champagne’ opens in glorious acid, quickly a rolling bass joins the madness upping the ante. Crisp percussion keeps it all in check as the acid runs rampant like a small child at the soft play. On remix duties, Animist takes things in a more musical direction with strong bass flavours, vocal ad-libs and hints of acid peppered throughout.

Check it out below and grab it on Beatport.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
