Space Ibiza Confirms Space New York Opening

After another blistering season on the White Isle, you’d forgive Space Ibiza for taking a well earned rest until next summer. Not an outfit to rest on their laurels, the Ibiza superclub has revealed plans for the opening of its new franchise Space New York for 2013. Billed as bringing “the essence, philosophy and magic of the White Island”  to the Big Apple the outfit has big plans to revive the cities electronic music culture and nightlife scene to pre Giuliani levels.

The move into the U.S market follows on from the brands  previous international expansions with the opening of Space Sharm  in Egypt and on June 2012 with the Opening of Space Menorca in Spain.  Space Ibiza is currently developing spectacular new projects to be launched soon: at the end of this year whilst Space B. Camboriú will open its doors being the first official club of the Group from Ibiza in the American continent and one of the biggest clubs of the Space Ibiza family. The end of the year will then see out the opening  of their two latest club in Space Dubai and Space New York, with more news on these ventures to come soon.

Space Ibiza, founded in 1989 by Mr. Pepe Roselló, is after 23 years of experience seemingly building an unstoppable momentum in its attempt at world domination with these new openings set to bring that classic Balearic sound to a global audience. World tour anyone?

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
